6.\nApprove an Agreement for On-Call Professional Plan Checking Services\nPrepared by: Nick Mangkalakiri, Director of Public Works\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve an agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. for on-call Professional Plan\nChecking Services and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract agreement; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve annual task orders under this agreement, in an\namount not to exceed the adopted annual budget for plan checking services.
