16.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM authorizing the Director of Public Works or designee to submit an application to the\nOrange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for funds for the Environmental Cleanup, Tier 1\nGrant Program under Orange County Local Transportation Ordinance No. 3 for the Stormwater\nCatch Basin Installation Project Phase 7 and if awarded, authorizing the acceptance of such grant\nfunds on behalf of the City and amending the budget for fiscal year accordingly and determine\nthat these actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nGuideline Section 15303 [grant funds in the amount of $598,950 with local matching funds of\n$149,738].
