17.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM ratifying and approving the actions of the Anaheim Director of Housing and\nCommunity Development, or designee, in submitting a grant application on behalf of the City of\nAnaheim to California Volunteers for the Youth Service Corps Initiative, and accepting such grant\nfunds on behalf of the City of Anaheim and determining that these actions are exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Guideline Sections 15061(b)(3) and\n15306.\nIncrease the budget accordingly in the Housing and Community Development’s Workforce\nDevelopment Grants Fund by the awarded amount of $1,601,173.
