14.\nApprove an agreement with Qlogic LLC, in an amount not to exceed $174,750 plus a 10%\ncontingency for as-needed services, to develop and maintain an energy and water educational\nwebsite for a term of five years; authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees, to\nexecute the agreement and related documents, including any cost-neutral amendments,\nassignments, and any documents contemplated by the agreement, and to take the necessary\nactions to implement, fund, and administer the agreement.
