11.\nApprove an Agreement with Cho Design Associates, Inc., in the amount of $68,088 plus a 15%\ncontingency for a total amount not to exceed amount of $78,301.20, to provide engineering\ndesign services related to the Anaheim West Tower Window Project; and authorize the Director\nof Public Works, or designee, to execute the agreement and related documents, and to take the\nnecessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
