13.\nApprove Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with KPMG, LLP to perform the annual financial audit\nof the City for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, 2027 and 2028, in amounts not to exceed\n$797,700, $820,000, and $850,000, respectively, with two one-year optional renewals in amounts\nnot to exceed $875,000 and $900,000, respectively, for a cumulative amendment amount of\n$4,242,700, authorize the Finance Director/City Treasurer to execute the amendment and\nauthorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the\nagreement, so long as such changes are determined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s\nOffice.
