13.\nTHIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN\nTHE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH AND FROGPARKING,\nINC. FOR SMART PARKING GUIDANCE\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Third\nAmendment to the Agreement with Frogparking, Inc. for\nparking services, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, to extend the agreement until October 2, 2026\nfor an amount not to exceed $47,040; and\n2. Find the action is not a project within the meaning of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act under Public\nResources Code Section 21065.
