8.\nAWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR FIRE\nSTATION COMMUNICATION SYSTEM UPGRADES\nRecommendations:\n1. Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a\ncontract with Intelinet, Inc., in the amount of $197,422,\nfor construction of Fire Station Communication System\nUpgrades project;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve project-related\nexpenses and contract change orders for unforeseen\ncircumstances in an amount not to exceed $30,000; and\n3. Find that the award of contract is categorically exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nunder Section 15301.
