4. Consideration of the Development Impact Fee (DIF) Nexus Study for Traffic, Park, and Public\nSafety Facilities\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Receiving and filing the Development Impact Fee (DIF) Nexus Study which provides the legal basis upon\nwhich the City could update at a future time its existing Traffic Impact Fees, and adopt new Municipal Parks\nand Public Safety Facilities Impact Fees; and,\nDirecting staff to prepare an Ordinance and Resolution
