A. Award Bid #4507 to Clean Energy Corporation for Renewable Liquid Natural Gas Fuel for the\nDepartment of Transportation\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities)\nand a finding of no possibility of significant effects pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid #4507 to Clean Energy Corporation to provide renewable liquid natural gas for\nthe Department of Transportation; and\n3.
