B. Approval of the First Modification to Agreement # 11757 with RAMCO Corporation for As-Needed\nGeneral Contractor Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first modification to Agreement #11757 (CCS) in\nthe amount of $200,000 with RAMCO Corporation for as-needed general contractor\nservices for the Public Works Department.
