F. Award Bid #SP2764 to PALP, Inc. dba Excel Paving Company, RAMCO General Engineering\nContractor, Inc., Sully Miller Contracting Company, and Paveco Construction, Inc. for On Call General\nContractor Services for Public Works Maintenance and Repair Projects\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities)\nof the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid #SP2764 to PALP, Inc. dba Excel Paving Company, RAMCO General\nEngineering Contractor, Inc., Sully Miller Contracting Company and Paveco Construction,\nInc. for On-Call General Contractor Maintenance and Repair Services for the Public\nWorks Department; and\n3.
