I. Approval of Revisions to the Santa Monica Boulevard Safety Study and Adoption of the Plan\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemptions pursuant to Section 15262 (Feasibility and\nPlanning Studies) and Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Approve revisions to the Santa Monica Boulevard Safety Study and adopt the plan; and\n3.
