5.\nA Public Hearing to consider the FY 2026-27 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block\nGrant (CDBG) Program\nRecommended Action for the City Council:\nOpen and conduct the Public Hearing, accept evidence and testimony presented, close the hearing and in the\nabsence of evidence and testimony to the contrary, recommend to approve the following:\n— 1. Approve the CDBG Annual Action Plan FY 2026-27; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the Annual Plan for CDBG funding to the Department of Housing\nand Urban Development (HUD)
