G. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF\nSTORM DRAIN TRASH CAPTURE DEVICES FOR THE SAN\nCLEMENTE PIER AND PICO CORRIDOR PROJECT AREA\nStaff Recommendation\n1. Accept the Purchase and Installation of Storm Drain Trash Capture\nDevices for the San Clemente Pier and Pico Corridor Project Area,\nfrom the contractor, G2 Construction, Inc., CIP Project No. 23805.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and\nrecord the Notice of Completion for the Purchase and Installation of\nStorm Drain Trash Capture Devices for the San Clemente Pier and\nPico Corridor Project Area.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from\nthe recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the\ncontractor, G2 Construction, Inc.
