Award and authorize the City Manager to enter into a Task Order\nAgreement with LAE Associates, Inc. for the Construction Management\nand Inspection Services of the Building a Better Connected Inland Empire\nProject (Westgate at Cherry and Victoria Avenues) (DE-24-195-SQ-12) in\nthe amount of $949,235.00.\n2.
