5.7 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ORDERS TO GRANICUS, LLC IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$37,365.47 FOR AGENDA MANAGEMENT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND\nMATRIX AUDIO VISUAL DESIGNS IN THE AMOUNT OF $41,231.76 FOR\nINSTALLATION OF AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT\nSENATE BILL 707 COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS (Diaz)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1)\nWaive formal competitive bidding requirements and procedures\npursuant to the exemptions set forth in Rancho Santa Margarita\nMunicipal Code Sections 3.07.070 (6), (9), and (11) based on the\ninformation and findings set forth below in the staff report; and\n2)\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute a new annual recurring\nsubscription agreement with Granicus, LLC and approve a Purchase\nOrder to Granicus, LLC in the amount of $37,365.47 for the\ninstallation, set up and recurring subscription of agenda management\nsoftware and related equipment; and\n3)\nApprove a Purchase Order to Matrix Audio Visual Designs in the\namount of $41,231.76 for installation and calibration of specialized\naudio-video equipment and connections.\nItem No. 5.7
