On April 20, 2026, the City Council adopted a Resolution setting May 18, 2026\nat 6:30 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing for the subject assessment\ndistrict. There is no increase to assessment amount levied for this Fiscal Year from the prior\nyear assessment. The proposed assessment amount of $693.26 per parcel is at the maximum\nallowable assessment for the District.\nRecommendation: That City Council adopt a Resolution, providing for the annual levy for Fiscal\nYear 2026-2027.
