Approval of an internal loan from the Sewer Fund to the Water Fund in the\namount not-to-exceed $4,000,000 and adoption of repayment terms in accordance with the City’s\nFund Loan Policy.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the attached resolution titled “A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN INTERNAL\nLOAN NOT-TO-EXCEED FOUR MILLION DOLLARS FROM THE SEWER FUND TO THE\nWATER FUND AND AUTHORIZING DRAWS AND ADOPTING REPAYMENT TERMS.”
