6.\nAmend FY 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget and Award Construction\nContract to Letner Roofing Co. in the Amount of $229,500 for “Fourth Street PD Evidence\nBuilding Roof Structure Rehabilitation”\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-52 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT\nPROGRAM\nBUDGET\nBY\nUNAPPROPRIATING\n$50,000\nOF\nPREVIOUSLY\nAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUNDS FROM “PD ROOF DRAINAGE MODIFICATIONS”\nFD428 | CC2590 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) | WORKTAG: PROJECT\n71115 AND REAPPROPRIATING THESE GENERAL FUNDS TO “FOURTH STREET\nPD EVIDENCE BUILDING ROOF STRUCTURE REHABILITATION,” FD428 | CC2590\nCAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) | WORKTAG: PROJECT 71123\n2) Award a construction contract to the lowest responsive bid from Letner Roofing Co. for\n“Fourth Street PD Evidence Building Roof Structure Rehabilitation,” FD428 | CC2590\nCapital Improvement Program | Worktag: Project 71123 to include all Base Bid items in\nthe total amount of $229,500; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract and any\nsubsequent change orders on behalf of the City of Pomona (City).\nStaff Report - 4th St PD evidence building
