Contract for Worktag : Project 71119 - Pomona Police Station/Fire Station 181 Energy\nEfficiency Upgrades\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-56 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET AND\nTHE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY\nUNAPPROPRIATING $56,928 OF GENERAL FUNDS FROM THE OPERATING\nBUDGET FD101 | CC2003 | BUILDING AND YARD REPAIRS AND APPROPRIATING\n$56,928 OF GENERAL FUNDS TO THE CIP BUDGET FOR WORKTAG: PROJECT\n71119 - POMONA POLICE STATION/FIRE STATION 181 ENERGY EFFICIENCY\nUPGRADES (FD101 | CC2590 | SC263 TRANSFER TO CIP PROJECT FUND AND\nFD428 CC2590 RC116 | TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND)\n2) Amend the Agreement with Allegiance Electric Inc. to add an additional $56,928 to the\ncontract amount, to a total agreement amount of $276,568 to complete the CIP; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute said agreement with Allegiance\nElectric, Inc. on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments.\nStaff Report - Amend PD Dept Energy Efficiency CIP and PO REV\nAttach No. 1 - Resolution 2026-56
