6.\nAdoption of Resolutions with the Burbank Housing Corporation Transitioning Activity Center\nProgramming Off-Site and Allowing Alternate Uses; and Resolutions for Conditional Financial\nCommitment/Reservation/Award Letters for 2321-2335 North Fairview Street (The Village at\nFairview Street) – Community Development Department (with Housing Authority)\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt four individual Resolutions of the Council of the City of Burbank (Attachments 1 –\n4) each approving a Modification Agreement (Attachments 9 –12) regarding the use of\n2321 North Catalina Street, 153 West Elmwood Avenue, 1819 Grismer Avenue, and\n241 West Verdugo Avenue among the City of Burbank, the Housing Authority of the City\nof Burbank, and the Burbank Housing Corporation (BHC), making a determination of\ncategorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and making\na determination of categorical exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA); and\n2. Adopt four individual Resolutions of the Housing Authority of the City of Burbank\n(Attachments 5 – 8) each approving a Modification Agreement (Attachments 9 – 12)\nregarding the use of 2321 North Catalina Street, 153 West Elmwood Avenue, 1819\nGrismer Avenue, and 241 West Verdugo Avenue among the City of Burbank, the\nHousing Authority of the City of Burbank, and the Burbank Housing Corporation and\nmaking a determination of categorical exemption under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA); and\n3. Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK APPROVING\nA COMMITMENT LETTER TO ROLL-OVER AN EXISTING CITY LOAN OF\n$1,215,384.73 AND APPROVING A COMMITMENT LETTER TO CONDITIONALLY\nRESERVE HOME FUNDS FOR A NEW LOAN OF $2,592,389 TO THE BURBANK\nHOUSING CORPORATION FOR THE VILLAGE AT FAIRVIEW PROJECT; and\n4.
