5. Contract Award to J & L Building Maintenance Services, LLC for Janitorial\nServices for City Buildings and Facilities\nRecommendation -\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with J & L Building\nMaintenance Services, LLC (J & L) for a term of (3) three years, with two\n(2) optional one-year renewal periods for janitorial services.\n2. Approve an initial annual contract amount of $324,038, plus a\ncontingency allocation of $10,000 per year for special City events,\nadjustments for annual CPI and minimum wage increases.\n3.
