RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE SENATE BILL 1, ROAD REPAIR AND\nACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017, LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS, ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION FUNDS INTO THE CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - Senate Bill 1, Road Repair and Accountability Act of\n2017, Local Streets and Roads, Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account funds\nrequires the City of Santa Clarita to identify project(s) using these funds through the\nadoption of a resolution at a regular public meeting.\nCity Council:\nfunded by Senate Bill 1, Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, Local Streets\nand Roads, Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation for Fiscal Year 2026-27 into the Capital Improvement Program.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City Attorney review.
