FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 ANNUAL LEVY FOR OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION\nDISTRICT - Consideration and adoption of resolutions associated with the annual\nprocess of ordering, approving, and setting the public hearing on the annual levy of the\nOpen Space Preservation District as required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution initiating proceedings for the levy and collection of assessments\nwithin the Open Space Preservation District for Fiscal Year 2026-27.\n2. Adopt a resolution declaring the City's intention to levy assessments, preliminarily\napprove an Engineer's Report in connection with the Open Space Preservation\nDistrict for Fiscal Year 2026-27, and set a public hearing for June 9, 2026.
