City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1439 Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Infosend, Inc. in an estimated amount of\n$430,880 for a revised contract amount of $1,893,155,\nextending the term of the agreement to May 31, 2027 for\ndata processing, printing, and mailing of utility bills, business license documents, and accounts receivable\ninvoices and statements; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
