12. HDB: Staff recommends that the Harbor District Board of 26-1434 Directors adopt a resolution accepting an additional\n$25,000 in supplemental grant funding from the California Department of Parks and Recreation, Boating and Waterways Division for the Surrendered and Abandoned Vessel Exchange (SAVE) Program awarded to the\nOceanside Small Craft Harbor District (District) for a total\ngrant award of $33,000 for the removal and disposal of abandoned, wrecked or dismantled vessels, or parts\nthereof, or any other partial submerged objects; approve\nthe grant agreement which requires the City to match\nten-percent or $2,500 of the grant funds; and authorize the Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute all\nassociated grant documents upon receipt of all supporting documents.
