7.\nApproval of the 2026 Annual Report for Military Equipment\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the 2026 Annual Military Equipment Report and the updated inventory of military\nequipment.\n2. Approve the proposed updates to the Military Equipment Use Policy (Exhibit A) to reflect\nnewly acquired equipment, retired equipment, and equipment pending delivery\n3. Authorize the Chief of Police to expend up to $10,000 from the remaining FY 2025-26 SWAT\noperational equipment budget for the purchase of chemical munitions, noise flash diversionary\ndevices, and related delivery systems as identified in the 2026 Annual Military Equipment\nReport.\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
