7. AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR DOWNLOAD AGATE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS Recommendations:\n1. Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a\ncontract with Gentry General Engineering Inc., in the\namount of $587,330.00 for the Agate Storm Drain Improvements project;\n2. Award and authorize the City Manager to issue a task\norder to Onward Engineering, in the amount of $94,770 to provide construction inspection services;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to approve project-related expenses and construction change-orders for\nunforeseen circumstances in an amount not to exceed $60,000; and\n4. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(d) – New Construction of Utility Extensions.
