D. Council Members\n(1) UPDATE TO COUNCIL APPOINTEES TO REGIONAL COMMITTEES,\nCOMMISSIONS AND CITY COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEES\nStaff Recommendation\n1. Update Councilmember appointments to various regional committees,\ncommissions and boards.\n2. Determine whether or not to establish a citizen’s subcommittee to\nfurther analyze the feasibility of an amphitheater. If it is determined to\nestablish a citizen’s subcommittee, each Councilmember will appoint a\ncitizen, and notify the City Clerk of that appointment.\n3. Update Councilmember appointments to various City Council\nsubcommittees.
