Approval of a payment to Security Aviation in the amount of $104,103.75, to complete and secure\nthe materials and equipment needed to complete the scheduled engine overhaul for the\nHawthorne Police Department's fixed wing aircraft (Air 113).\nStaff recommends the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to\nexecute the payment to Security Aviation to secure materials and equipment for the scheduled overhaul to the plane's engine (August 2026).
