Approve Consider Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services with Decor IQ, LLC for the\nDowntown Glendora Holiday Lighting Project Extending the Term of the Agreement for an Additional ThreeYear Period in the amount not to exceed $64,973 Annually during the Three-Year Extension; and\n— 2. Authorized the City Manager or his designee to execute the Amendment.
