Determine that the proposed activity is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA), as defined by Public Resources Code Section 21065 and CEQA Guidelines Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15378; and,\n— 2. Adopt a City Council Resolution requesting the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk\nadminister, manage, and oversee the City’s election and requesting consolidation with the Statewide General Election; and\n— 3.
