5.\nAPPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR BELLFLOWER BLVD. WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) NO. 18-10\nThat the City Council:\n1. Award a contract to All Cities Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $2,433,669, for the construction of Bellflower Blvd. Water System Improvements, CIP No. 18-10;\n2. Approve the transfers of $150,000, $500,000, and $250,000 from Water Fund, CIP Account Nos. 51-1-8665, 51-1-8689, and 51-1-8695 to Water Fund, CIP Account No. 51-1-8680; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any change orders or additional scope of work for this project deemed necessary or desirable up to the approved project budget of $3,150,000.
