8.\nAMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR REGIONAL TASK FORCE RESPONSE TRAINING AND EXERCISE\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement A231012253 with the State of California Department of General Services in the amount of $324,450 including any subrecipient agreements necessary for the equitable distribution of the funds to participating agencies in Regional Task Force-2 training and operations; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any future amendments to Agreement A231012253 related to the term or budgeted amount.
