FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - The proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget was\ndiscussed with the City Council along with the Planning Commission; the Parks,\nRecreation, and Community Services Commission; and the Arts Commission on May 5,\n2026. This item conducts the public hearing for the adoption of the budget.\nCity Council and City Council acting as Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Clarita:\n1. Conduct a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 Annual Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program.\n2 Make a finding by minute action that the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Capital Improvement\nProgram is consistent with the City’s General Plan.\n3. Schedule the budget for adoption at the June 9, 2026, City Council meeting.
