Approval of Progress Payment to Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust for Zela Davis Park Project Services.\nStaff recommends that City Council approve payment in the amount of $155,677.89 to the Los\nAngeles Neighborhood Land Trust (LANLT) for services associated with the Zela Davis Park\nImprovement Project and ratify and affirm prior payments in connection with consult, design,\nconstruction, administration and project support services related to the Zela Davis Park\nImprovement Project in accordance with the approved project agreement and grant requirements.
