Awarding a construction contract to Tri-Group Construction and Development, Inc. in the amount of $6,740,708.00, for\nthe Lomas Santa Fe Corridor East Improvements Project, Bid No. 2026-03, CPFCDSL 5445(008).\nb. Approving an amount of $675,000.00 for construction contingency.\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the construction contract on behalf of the City.\nd. Authorizing the City Manager to approve cumulative change orders up to the construction contingency amount.\ne. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/26 Adopted Budget accordingly.\n2. Adopt Resolution 2026-058:\na. Authorizing the City Manager to amend a Professional Services Agreement for an additional two-year term, in an\namount not to exceed $183,424.00, with Michael Baker International for additional bid, construction, and council\nSupport for the Lomas Santa Fe Corridor East Improvements Project, Bid No. 2026-03, CPFCDSL 5445(008).\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/26 Adopted Budget accordingly.\n3. Adopt Resolution 2026-059 :\na. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement for a two-year term, in an amount not to\nexceed $979,812.00, with Kleinfelder Construction Services for Construction Management and Inspection for the\nLomas Santa Fe Corridor East Improvements Project, Bid No. 2026-03, CPFCDSL 5445(008).\nb. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/26 Adopted Budget accordingly.
