Award of Contracts for Construction and Construction Inspection Services for the FY 2024-25 Street\nRehabilitation & FY 2025-26 Sidewalk Replacement Project\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1.) Award the construction contract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc., in the\namount of $1,456,000 for the Project; and 2.) Award Construction Inspection Services to LAE Associates, Inc. in the\namount of $109,900.00 for the Project; and 3.) Approve the construction Contingency of $291,200 for the Project; and\n4.) Authorize the City Manager to file a Notice of Project Completion with the Los Angeles County following the\ncompletion of the project.
