4.D. Renewed Measure M (M2) Eligibility Submittal Package for Fiscal Year 2026-27\n— 1. Approve and authorize staff to submit to Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) the Measure M2\nSeven-Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2026-27 through 2032-33 to comply with Measure\nM2 eligibility criteria; and\n— 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-33 concerning the status and update of the Local Signal Synchronization Plan\n(LSSP) for the Measure M (M2) Program. This action has no impact to the General Fund.
