4.B. Resolutions Calling November 3, 2026 General Municipal Election\n— 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-30 calling and giving notice of holding a General Municipal Election on\nTuesday, November 3, 2026 for the election of certain officers as required by provisions of the laws of the\nState of California relating to General Law Cities; and\n— 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-31 requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange to consolidate\na General Municipal Election held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 with the Statewide General Election to be\nheld on that date pursuant to Section 10403 of the California Elections Code. Funding for the November 2026\nGeneral Municipal Election has been included in the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget, therefore, there is no\nadditional fiscal impact to the General Fund.
