4.E. Rejection of Bids for the Arovista Park Parking Lot Paving, CIP Project No. 7978\n— 1. Reject all bids and direct City Clerk to return all Bid Bonds to bidders; and\n— 2. Amend the FY 2025-27 Capital Improvement Program Budget to transfer funds from Fund 290 (CDBG) to\nCIP 7978 (Arovista Park Modernization). There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
