Waive full reading and introduce Ordinance No. 1276 titled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of\nBrea Amending the Brea City Code by Adopting Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment No. ZOTA 2026-02\n(Omnibus Code Update) and Approving a CEQA Exemption Determination;"\n— 2. Approve a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Exemption Determination; and\n— 3. Schedule adoption of aforementioned Ordinance at the next regular City Council meeting. There is no\nfiscal impact to the General Fund.
