STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY 2026-2027 [RESOLUTION NO. 26-\n18]\nCalifornia Government Code Section 53646 requires the annual review of the\nCity’s Investment Policy at a regular meeting of the City Council. The\nrequirement for an annual review of the policy is also stated in the City’s Fiscal\nSustainability Policy (adopted April 2019 in the interest of fiscal accountability).\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-18 adopting\nthe 2026-2027 Statement of Investment Policy.
