7. HERITAGE SPRINGS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2001-01 (HAWKINS STREET AND PALM\nDRIVE) - ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 10012 AND RESOLUTION NO. 10013 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 10012 approving the Engineer’s Report (Fiscal Year 2026/27) in\nconjunction with the annual levy of assessments for the Heritage Springs Assessment District\nNo. 2001-01; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 10013 declaring the City of Santa Fe Springs’ intention to provide for an\nannual levy and collection of assessments for Heritage Springs Assessment District No. 2001-\n01 (Hawkins Street and Palm Drive), and setting the public hearing for the Council meeting of\nJune 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
