3. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 10016 APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27\nBUDGET (FINANCE)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 10016, approving and adopting the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Budget for the\nCity, Water Utility Authority, Successor Agency, and Housing Successor Agency, as detailed in the\nproposed budget document and this report.\n2. Approve and adopt the FY 2026-27 Salary Schedule.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nAll matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine. Any items a Councilmember\nwishes to discuss should be designated at this time.
