RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING THE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING PLAN (IFP) FOR\nTHE SANTA FE SPRINGS ENHANCED INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT (EIFD) AND THE\nALLOCATION OF PROPERTY TAX INCREMENTS WITHIN SANTA FE SPRINGS EIFD\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 10014 conditionally approving the Infrastructure Financing Plan (“IFP”) for\nthe Santa Fe Springs Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (“EIFD”) and the allocation of\nproperty tax increments within the Santa Fe Springs EIFD.
