12. APPROVAL OF LICENSE AGREEMENT NO. 2026-002 WITH THE AMERICAN LEGION FOR USE OF\nPORTIONS OF THE FACILITY LOCATED AT 12131 TELEGRAPH ROAD (PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve License Agreement No. 2026-002 between the City of Santa Fe Springs and The\nAmerican Legion for the use of designated portions of the facility located at 12131 Telegraph\nRoad; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment Number Two\n3. Directs the City Attorney to make clarifying changes necessary to effectuate the intent of the\nAgreement; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
