6.1 ADOPTION OF TELECONFERENCING DISRUPTION POLICY AND\nCOMMUNITY OUTREACH AND PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT PLAN IN\nCOMPLIANCE WITH SENATE BILL 707 (SB707)\nRecommended Actions:\n1. That the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo (“City”) adopt Resolution No.\n2026-XX, a new City Council policy addressing a disruption of telephonic or\ninternet service during City Council meetings, in compliance with Senate Bill\n707 and Government Code Sections 54953.9 and 54953.10; and\n2.
