K. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN\nPROGRAM ASSESSMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION\nStaff Recommendation\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No.\n3 to Contract No. C19-82, by and between the City of San Clemente\nand Geosyntec Consultants, providing for Water Quality Management\nPlan Program Assessment and Implementation services. This\ncontract amendment increases the contract amount from $174,444 to\n$214,444 (an increase of $40,000).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve a future amendment to\ncomplete plan checks for projects under review at the expiration of the\ncontract amendment limit of $40,000 for an additional $15,000.
